Someone suggested reinstalling TeamViewer and using the Uninstaller, but I'm not sure a recent Uninstaller would work on an older version. There have been several questions asked about this in Apple Discussions but nothing that I see leads to a solution. You should be seeing at least 30 messages per second, and that's without Teamviewer. Nobody, and I mean nobody, has Console running that quietly. But seeing any rate of entries at 100 per minute is absolutely impossible. I can't comment on whether or not team viewer may be swamping your logs. It sounds like you aren't doing something correctly. New entries come at a rate of 100 per minute. references to "", "", "", and others take up 95% of my Console's system log.

The idea that there is this never ending stream of error messages just freaks some people out. I have seen more than one person literally lose touch with reality running that tool. I cannot recommend that people avoid the Console app strongly enough. I don't know how long this has been going on because I just checked my Console Log I've added a length of System log to "Additional Text". I think I may have temporarily installed TeamViewer during a Screen Share tech support session, and was told to just drag the icon to the trash. I ran a search for TeamViewer and came up with nothing. Besides, TeamViewer will not allow access to downloads without a license.
